morning?

I am not by any stretch of the imagination a morning person, so I am finding it odd that I am actually blogging in the morning. I believe it is the try to squeeze in any moment of time to accomplish as much as possible thing. Last night I made the most beautiful truffles, the rum flavored ones needed more flavor though. So I actually have started on Christmas. There is an undecorated tree in the living room, that should be decorated by the time school group gets here tomorrow. Still the list is daunting so we will see how much really gets accomplished today. And that darn baby wants to eat again...geeee

Do you know how much i enjoy your journal? it lifts me up! shows me just what an exceptional woman you are. for someone who said she didn't have a good role model for a mother you have become one hell(excuse my french)of a mother yourself. your children are blessed to have you for a mother and my son is very fortunate to have found you. You make me want to go out and accomplish more than I ever thought i could. as to my sons bah humbug attitude he didn't get it from me. May be he should try to be more like his mother and get a little excited for the childrens sake if not his own. I always wished his father hadn't been such a wet blanket at holidays. but to get back to you. just wanted you to know how much i apprciate you.and how happy i am that you let me become part of your family. I think I warned you that i adopt people and I want you to know I love you all, from my sweet Malea,my beautiful Chaiya,my wonderful Quayde (who's everything a grandson should be), my Princess Lydia who stole my heart, and my adorable baby grandson Thayne. And my lovely daughter-in-law.
Love Nana

Oh Yummy Tracie! Just as I was settling down here and took in a deep sigh, I remembered about the truffle and peanut butter treat in my work bag! Oh sweet relief! I snuck them in the house and hid them. DELICIOUS!!! (nibble, nibble)I needed some chocolate today. Thank you for sharing your life with me and for your friendship and love. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
