This past weekend we transformed the Smoki Pueblo from a tacky kachina laiden area to one that was fit for a wedding reception. Someday I will have a camera that will capture how magical these things work out. One wonderful touch was having the couples' parents and grandparents wedding pictures line the fireplace mantle. It was a really lovely evening!!! Including the moose antlers.

I believe being slightly wacky helps me keep my sanity (whatever that is) and I firmly believe that perception is rarely reality. Some of my simple pleasures are handmade soap and hazelnut gelato. There are no mistakes so go out and create your day!
